Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TVS CCTV LTD. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns below.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

How to Cancel an Order

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

Refunds

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For goods to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days

• The goods are in their original packaging

• The goods are unused and in a resalable condition

Goods That Cannot Be Returned

The following goods cannot normally be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

• Goods which by their nature are not suitable to be returned

• Goods which deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date

• Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions.

We recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
